Production
Your product and all it´s components are manufactured after you place an order. As they are handcrafted deliverytime will be calculated depending on the amount of ongoing orders at that time. Deliverytimes can vary from 3-8week.
To place an order or for other questions you need to send email containing product, materials, amount and your contact details.

Delivery
All prices shown on this webpage are based on customer pick up at Fabriksgatan 4, Nässjö. We can of course make deliveries to other adresses but that is calculated seperatly based on adress, product and amount.
Complaints & Returns
When you buy a oeki product you have the right to return it within 14 days from when you received your order but only based on making a faulty claim to info@oeki.se including pictures and description of faults. Claims on damage caused during the transport of the goods, please contact us within 3 days. Due to handcrafting process we do not accept returns based on regret. Returned product must arrive to us in original packaging and condition. After return it will be inspected and compared to your claim before a refund will made and if they do not have correct specifications, you may be partially refunded or not at all.
